I need to find the window that shows the number of
monitors and how they're hooked up. I was in that
window 2 days ago but can't find it now. I've been
through the "Display Properties" window a dozen
times trying to find it. I guess when you turn 65
the memory goes, too.
Please help.
Thanx

Do you meant the Display Properties - Settings tab?

They say as you get older, you lose three things.
--your hair
--your memory
--what was I talking about?

Again, I've been in the Display Properties>Settings numerous
times, but that's not where it shows the monitors.
I know this is too simple, I just can't get there again.

Using the built in Dualview feature and not a third party program:

If you look at Display Properties, Settings and only see one monitor
and there is no drop down for monitor number 2, then as far as XP is
concerned you only have one monitor.

Look in Device Manager (Start, Run, devmgmt.msc) under Monitors - how
many are there?

Any ?s, !, or Xs in that area?

What is your hardware make and model?

Between the time it last worked and now, what has changed?
