It's not located in power options. Actually, the power change is part of
speedstep if you're using an Intel processor. Most laptop manufacturers provide
a utility that would allow you to change the speedstep settings. For example,
IBM provides the thinkpad configuration utility that does this sort of thing.
Compaq also provides something like it as well, but I can't speak for the other
vendors as these two are the only ones I've worked with.

| power too. On the tablet, this can be changed in a special configuration
| tool that was installed by the manufacturer.

| There may be something similar on your laptop. Check for a separate tool.
| If not found try Display> Settings> Advanced and in Power Options to see if
