monitor ain't working.

Hello guys! I will go straight to the point, I want to ask something about my computer. I am a nursing student going to 4th year of my study, so it means I really don't have any idea about computers specially those terms being use computer related.
History of the problem
2 months before my computer was broken, I am always receiving a notice that I should register my OS because my OS is not official, but there is an option that I can resolve it later and click it on then my computer will boot and works perfectly fine. I'd just ignore this problem. The following day when I was about to open my pc and the day when I got a problem computer related. I received another notice but this time it was different it said that some of my files were corrupted so that my computer will not be able to use.
My initial responsed to this is to reformat my computer just like my friends advice to me. Definitely I really don't have any idea how to do that stuff, so what I do is to take off my hardisk from my computer and ask somebody to do it. I received my hardisk after a week of unable to use my computer but when I plug it on my computer and open my pc. The CPU will open but I'm not able to hear a beep sound ( I know that sound means that the computer is booting), the fan will works and all of my LED over my computer is working. My only problem is that my monitor won't opened, the LED in my computer keeps on blinking ( just like it's in standby status) but won't open.
Do you think guys what could be the possible problem in mah computer. An easy and step by step instructions will be much appreciated. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Suggest you buy a legit copy of Windows first!

If your hard disk had Windows installed on it on another machine there's a very good chance it won't work on your machine.

And that's all the advice you're going to get here matey because this is a legitimate site and we cannot advocate software piracy in any shape or form.

Sorry bout dat but you is a very very naughty boy and Steve Ballmer tells me he's getting the next flight out to the Philippines to make you pay for a copy of Windows.
