Mongolian cyrillic characters doesn't display on form text

I'm using mongolian cyrillic characters and some characters such as
èé ®¯ doesn't correctly display on form text.

Are you sure, the character sets are installed?

Please note that most people here are not using a Cyrillic system
Please use UTF8 encoding to make your message fully readable

Please can you tell me what is your operating system language?
Are you using Mogolian specif charset?

I used Cyrilic(KO18-R) to see your text to be able to see a few cyrilic
chars mixed up with border drawing chars that I believe are erroneos.
