Moduslink says Validation complete but email and say they aint got

Hi,

I applied for the free vista upgrade back on December 1st via Moduslink
website, sent of my redemption form + invoices from ebuyer.com. My Order was
on Order Confirmed up until 4weeks ago when it changed to COA Validated. So
im guessing my redemption form and invoices didn't arrive with them. So then
i emailed Moduslink Europe along with scans of the invoices, no responce. I
done this about 4 times and each time had no responce. (I sent jpegs and the
scans in a word document).

Then last week i decided to just try my luck by sending them to Moduslink US
and would you believe it i got a responce 24hours later saying my validation
is now complete and my order will be processed. So getting all excited for no
reason i went over to check my order status on Moduslink and it was still on
COA Validated so i thought 'this is weird'. So i just sent my POP again and
then again they emailed back saying my validation is now complete. But
Moduslink site still said COA Validated.

Yesterday i emailed Moduslink again (without POP this time) and just saying
i sent my POP twice and they told me my validation is complete and to ask why
my order status hasn't been changed to POP/COA Validated? ........ and got an
email back now saying they havn't received my proof of purchase and to email
it to them. WTF :(

So just sent it off again, so now i think ive sent my POP to Moduslink about
7times and its apparently been validated twice and they havn't received it.
Wow anywho so yeah now i wait and see what responce i get tomorrow, im
guessing "your validation is now complete" and the Moduslink website will
still say COA Validated so im going round in circles. Grrrrrrrrr
 
exactly the same here if your unlucky (like me) they will say they can't
deal with your order as this is the N.american e-mail and to contact the
European one. and in my experience that one is never working!!! I have had
my order status go up and down on the scale several times, I am wondering if
it is legal to call it "express" - that is unless this express *train* is
going backwards !!!

any who good luck to any Europeans' who brought an OEM and are trying to get
the express upgrade !

I think the way you should read the status is that "Order Confirmed" means
you have properly entered your data on the site and your confirmation number
was generated, they are then waiting for your POP to arrive. Once they
received your POP and confirmed it was good your status was changed to "COA
Validated" and all you can do at this point is wait for them to ship.
