I have just been chucked out of my database and now when I
try to repoen it I go through login and then get the
message "module not found". What does this mean and how do
I fix it?
If I have to resort to a backup, I will have to redo a
mornings work.

It sounds like your database is partially corrupt.
These steps could help you get Access to rebuild it for you.

1. Create a new (blank) database.

2. If this is Access 2000 or later, uncheck the Name Autocorrect boxes under
Tools | Options | General.

3. Import all your tables and queries into the new database: File | Get
External | Import.

At this point you have all the current data.

You can now import the other objects (forms, reports, macros, and modules)
from the failed database. If this process does not work correctly, you can
import them from a backup. At least you have your up-to-date data.
