Module Not Found

I have a database that was working fine. However, I don't
know what happen. Now, when I tried to open it, I got a
message saying that the "Module Not Found". I compacted
and repaired but it did not correct the problem. Is there
any way to fix it? and Any idea what caused the error?

Try decompiling it.

Otherwise import into a new MDB.
