Module code for running a .xls macro from Access

This is my first attempt at creating an ACCESS Module and
I need some help.

I want to create an ACCESS Module that will;
Step 1. Open an EXCELL file (myfilename.xls), excute an
EXCEL Macro (MYMACRO)and then close and exit EXCELL
(MYMACRO already saves the file).
Step 2. then excute an ACCESS macro.

Once I get this Module completed all the user will have to
do is excute the Module from a button on the SwitchBoard
manager.
