Modifying XP Pro StartUp Items

I've searched all over and I can't find the answer for
this.

In MSCONFIG I'm able to remove items from startup, but I
want to remove unused or old items and change the order
of the start up items. For example I want Norton
AntiVirus and SpySweeper to start first.

There must be a .ini file somewhere that I can edit.

MVP Kelly has a neat little utility that makes removing these disabled items
very easy without having to edit the registry, manually. Go to the following
website and scroll down to Line 148, right side. Click the link to download
the vbs file. Double click the downloaded file to run the utility.

Clear Disabled Items from Msconfig Startup.
