I have designed a special form for my city treasurer's office in both the compose and read views. Whenm the users print out the form, the resulting page has no similarity whatsoever to either the compose or read versions. How can I modify the design of the form when printed?

See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customprint.htm for various solutions to
the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing.
