Modifying Subforms

Hi There. I am new to sub forms and having a few problems modify. If I pull
up the sub form on its own, and modify the order of the fields, it doesnt
pull through to the subform embedded in the main form. I have tried modifing
from the main form, but still the ordering is incorrect. Could you please
advise the best way to modify the order the field show in the subform ?

What "view" do you have the subform in? I assume Continuous Form or
Spreadsheet view. If it is Spreadsheet view, you can actually adjust the
view of the fields at run time. You can select a column and drag it to the
order you want it. You can also collapse the width of the column to hide it.
