Modify Windows XP Help

Does anyone know if the Windows XP Help and Support Centre
can be customized to say add an internal halp desk link,
or a guide to IS services. Thanks

Open XP's "Help and Support". On the Toolbar, click on
"Options", then click on "Install and share Windows Help".
