Wow, thanks for the quick answer, looks like an extinsive work around. I
havent looked at it fully but if I use this, will I still be able to call the
CurrentUser() function.

On a different subject Jeff, I have a form that has a listbox wich displays a
filtered table. I would like to print a report of the contents of that
listbox. This seems like an easy task but I'm struggling here. Can you help?

It would be best to start a new thread in the forms group with a different
subject. This makes it a lot easier for all people who are answering
questions in the groups. Make sure you give as much detail as needed and
include your Access version number as well.
