I am finishing up a migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 and I have a
large group (600) of users that will no be granted access to OWA (or IMAP,
POP3, NNTP). Is there a means of setting these Exchange Features to disabled
through a command-line, using LDIFDE or another tools, rather than through
the GUI? I'm even open to 3rd party tools.

"protocolSettings" is the attribute that you need to modify. Set one account
manually, and then export it to an LDIF file or read the attribute values
with a script to see what you need to use for values on the rest of the
users.
