Modify Calendar Pane Outlook 2K3

In Outlook 2003, does anyone know of a way to modify the
Calendar Pane (the view of the Navigation Pane while in
calendar) to eliminate "My Calendars", "Other
Calendars", "Open a Shared Calendar", and "Share My
Calendar". A client just wants to see three or 4 months
worth of calendar down the left edge instead of the
default.

Outlook provides no way to make such modifications.
