You need to load the Windows 2000 drivers for your modem. Your old Windows
98 drivers will not work. In order to help you, we need more information,
particularly your modem manufacturer and model number.

Have you physically removed the modem from the chassis? If so there should
be a FCC ID number somewhere that you can look up here:
