Modem Settings

I have an interneral Lucent win modem on my computer. What I'm trying to do
is share this line with another modem that is connected directly to my
router. I want to prevent the lucent modem from picking up at all so thta
when I dial into that line the modem for the router picks up. The lucen
modem will still be used to dial out but no dial in access will be needed. I
can't find anything in hardware manager that would let me adjust this.
Please help.

I'd hazard that you would have to use the options of the Internal Dial up,
or its software, to disable the receive. Then create a new connection for
the router and adjust its properties appropriately. - just a guess
