Modem removed part 2

Thanks for your quick reply. The modem I currently have was alread
installed on my computer when I bought it. I do not have a
installation CD. If you know of any other solutions please HELP!!!!
am desperate!

Then you need to go to the manufacturer's site and download the drivers -
unless XP has them but just hasn't installed it....

Of course if you do not have a modem, you may have to go a friend and
get them to download the driver, burn to either a CD or floppy, and
then re install.
It may be a good idea to check the system for drivers, and get them
when back on line and save on a CD for such emergencies. PK
