Modem problems - losing driver

Hi,

I am new to XP and keep losing my modem drivers - XP does not recognise that
there is a modem present and I keep having to reinstall the drivers.

ANy suggestions on solving this problem?

I don't think it's a case of XP. Make sure your internet modem is connected
to your pc properly :)

If this is an external modem, power it up before switching on the PC.
