modem losies sync with computer

hi guys lets c if you can solve this one coz the blokes at EVE and Demon have
no idea.

when i go online my modem loses sync with my comp witch means that im
dropped from the net this happens all the time when i go on eve and randomly
when im just online. the only way to get it to reccognise the modem again is
to unpug/plug its an ISDN conection

any ideas

Try setting the hardware defaults for the port it's connected to.
