Modem Disconnects internet after every two hours

Dear Sir / Madam

I am quite dissatisfied with the
performance of windows 2003 server as it disconnects the
internet on a dialup modem after exactly 2 hours causing a
tremendous loss to my business, please suggest me a way on
how to correct it, i have heard about the hardware refresh
rates but i dont know exactly how to fix them and where
they are located.

Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Phone & Modem --> Advanced -->
Change Default Preferences

The modem is disconnecting because it is idle -- there is no access to or
from the internet. (I presume you are hosting a website and no one is
accessing it for long periods of time.) Set the disconnect time to bridge the
longest idle time that you expect.
