Modem and Video cards aren't starting

After I setup my video card, for some reason it dosen't
start when I reboot my computer. I have XP, MSI mobo
Athlon CPU.
 
do you have it enabled in the system bios, or is your system bios configured
to use the onboard graphics chip from your board? you need to disable the
onboard chips usually and specify agp card etc
