Mod Template in FP 2003 for OE 2003 Incl Small JPG-Sent Covers Ent

Help:
I took a standard stationary and edited it in FP 2003. I included a small
JPG graphic in Header of Email. Then saved it out and used it in OE. When I
send it, the graphic replicates itself and covers the entire email and
recipients can not read email.

Try the OE/Outlook group(s) I don't see how this is FP related, since in
the end you're trying to send an email.
 
How do you put a jpg in the header of an email?

Did you perhaps set the jpg as a background image?
