Building a new system for our family. I run things at stock speeds, no
overclocking. System will be used for Internet surfing, gaming, some
video capture ( want to transfer my tapes to cd/dvd ) Wife does some
graphic arts work. Looking at the P4P800 Deluxe or the P4C800-E
Deluxe. Which one should I go for? I have no idea what memory to buy.
I know I want 2 x 512MB sticks, and should be looking at PC3200
memory. Money is not an issue, but I don't want to spend top dollar on
a mobo and memory, because of it's OCing capabilty. Looking for
stock speed and stability. Maybe I should look at the Intel D875PBZLK
mobo?
Other components I plan to buy:

AIW 9800
Intel P4 3.2
WD SATA 160GB
DVD burner
SB Audigy 2

thanks in advance

BigD:

The INTEL D8xxx boards are rock solid, friendly & bulletproof. ASUS
boards ( P4S333 excepted ) are whiny, hostile, and error_prone.
