What are the steps in creating a mobile user in Win2003 server? Would
appreciate any input. Thanks
 
What do you mean ? You are installing a windows 2003 to act as a gateway for
roaming users - publishing internal resources to the internet.

No, I am trying to create amobile user for VPN connections since the
regular user I created with AD users and computers did not have the
permissions to browse the domain. I was told I would need to create a
mobile user.
