If the question was asked about the phone, look in the owner's manual for
the phone.
If it was about a desktop computer, most desktops don't come with infra-red
built into them. If the question is about a laptop, look on the sides,
front and back of the bottom case for a small smooth colored plastic spot.
This will be your infra-red port.
If you are trying to connect your mobile phone for data communications with
a laptop, there is probably a data cable that you could purchase for your
model phone that will connect to the USB or Serial port on a laptop
computer. You might try reading your phone manual or contacting the place
you purchased the phone for more info.
