I'm new on FrontPage, and I want to create a text box with a hyperlink where
you can click on and you can go to the top of the page.
I have already created the text box and the hyperlink, and that works and
the text box-hyperlink is always on the same position.
I have seen some websites where some of the options or menus are moving up
and down while you scrooll the page down or up.
Is there someway to set up text box-hyperlink to 'behaves' this way? so you
can click on it from any part of the page
