Mobile 2003 Pocket Excel

I recently purchaced an HP IPAQ 5150. I have an Excel
program that has conditional formating, datavalidation,
and a couple of formulas. Does anyone know if there is
software out there that will convert to pocket excel. I
found PTab software that will allow the use of macros but
will not convert excel macros.
