MMC snap in failed to initialize

Hi there,

I have the adminpack install on a laptop that I use to
administer accounts from a remote location using a VPN,
all the administtative tools work fine except the Active
directory, I get this message "snapin failed to
initialize". Any ideas?

Are you logged into the domain when you intialize it? I assume this is the
same poster as Tania's post above.
