MMC 9.02 (9.03) + catalyst 4.9

With Windows XP + SP2, when launching the MMC 9.03 it crashes and generates
an error report. Installing back MMC version 9.1 runs fine.

Any other case?

Did you uninstall the older version or just install over top of it?
