mmc -2000 with winxp

sir

(1).i installed win-2000 sever and create and mmc for
Active directory user and computers and shared the
file for the spefic user,i login as user in win-2000
pro system and installed adminpack.msi it is possivle
to access the mmc file it working fine.

then i tried that one in win-xp pro system while
installind the adminpac.msi from win-2000 server cd it
showing the error:this ver is not support in this ver.
what can i do for that to access in win-xp pro client
system.


(2) it is possible to apply the group policy (win-2000
sever) for win-xp clients for win2000 sever.

please do the need full

For Windows XP, you must install the adminpak.msi that comes with Windows
Server 2003. It can be downloaded from here as well.

Yes, Windows 2000 Server group policies will apply to Windows XP.
