mm2 transitions

Using mm2 when I play back my movie i noticed that the
transitions come in too soon sometimes cutting off the
end of some video animations how do i fix that

Take a snapshot of the last frame of the animation, add it to the timeline,
and then make the transition between that picture and the following clip.
