What's the best way to get a MM2 formatted video file onto a DVD?
There don't seem to be very many programs that recognize the format,
and MM2 doesn't have a "save as" as far as I can tell. Thanks.

Save the edited video as a DV-AVI file, then use third party software such
as Sonic MyDVD, Roxio EZ CD/DVD Creator or Nero to burn to the DVD. Roxio
will certainly recognize a WMV file, I don't know about the others.

Hi there,

At the risk of someone else jumping in and trying to convince you to go the
VCD way...what you need is software to take the DV-AVI output from Movie
Maker 2 and process/convert and burn to DVD. There are many routes that you
can take. Nero DVD will do it, Dazzle DVD complete etc etc There are a few
programs around that will do everything, DVD Complete is one of them, but
to be honest they are nearly always a bit short on the editing the movie
part.
