Hmmm, just about gave up. I think I will find another solution than use mm2
at all. Perhaps real media or just an mp3 file, seeing i only do audio files
to be listened to from my web site. MS - mm2 has lots of problems, SP2
doesnt let Media player 9 or 10 use the indeo codecs ........Lots of other
programs out there to choose from. Thanks to all those who took their time
to try and help me resolve this problem. Its funny it worked on one file
then the next file has been nothing but trouble.

Ciao !

Hello,

Movie Maker would not spring to mind if I wanted to create an audio file.
Have you considered using the program Audacity?

It is said by others that it is the most advanced free audio editing
package that you will ever find. I use it from time to time and can say
that it has more specialised features than I would ever
use/need/understand. You can get Audacity here
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

If you have problems putting music to your web pages (I don't think you
were asking for help here) I can help a little by giving you some sample
code...I am not all that good with HTML and the newer languages, I can not
be bothered to learn them to be honest, the following link will take you to
some interactive pages that rights code for you...its what I use from time
to time for video code help http://cit.ucsf.edu/embedmedia/step1.php
