MM Creativity Fun Pack?

I have a file called "Windows XP Movie Maker 2 Creativity Fun Pack Full.exe"
which was never installed.
I see on MS site:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/mmcreate.mspx
a file named "creativity mmfull.exe".
Is this a newer version of the file I've got and is it worth getting?

Nope, they are the same. MM2 Fun Pack, which you already have, is the newest
version.
