MM 2.1 Photo Gallery.msi installation & Freezing up

When ever i try to import or drag clips to the timeline or edit clips It
eaither freezes up on me or it says, PHOTOGALLERY Click OK to try again, Or
enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package'
photogallery.msi'' in the box below. But i dont have a file of it... and
photo galery is working fine. but his message is keep on popping up. HELP
