Yes.
Probably the easiest thing to do is to add a new slide master that uses the
other theme, then copy over the elements you need to the first slide master.
Delete or keep the extra theme master, whichever you prefer.
Steps:
Open a new, blank presentation. Click Design and appy a theme or template.
View | Slide Master.
Click in the slide pane on the left, but make sure you haven't selected a
slide master (large thumbnail) or individual layout (smaller thumbnails).
On the Slide Master tab, click Themes and choose another theme. This adds a
new master and layout set with that theme applied.
Now, when you select the 2nd slide master and choose Slide Master | Edit
Theme | Colors, you'll see a list "this presentation." Choose the color
scheme there, then at the bottom Create New Theme Colors. Type in a name for
this color scheme and click Save, and that scheme will show up on the list
now in a section called "custom."
Select the other master in the slide pane and choose Slide Master | Edit
Theme | Colors, and you'll be able to choose the color scheme you just
saved.
You don't have to go to master view to do this, actually. You could just
apply the theme to a new slide in the presentation (right-click the theme on
the Design | Themes gallery and choose "apply to selected slides"), then
click the Colors button there and "create new theme colors" and follow the
same steps. But since you asked about using the title page, I figured it
might be easier if you added a new master.
Once you have the two masters, you can make changes to those and the
collateral slide layouts as desired. You might also consider just using the
title slide layout in the 2nd master -- delete all the other slide layouts
(small thumbnails -- you have to keep the slide master, which is the large
thumbnail) you don't need, and then when you go to Home | New Slide (click
the bottom half of the button), you'll see the title slide layout from the
2nd master listed along with all the other layouts from the first.
