Hi! I have an extra 1 pc of 128ram (pc133) sdram and wondering if I can
mix them with my existing 128ram (pc100) sdram?

Will there be any problem?

Thanks for your advise.

Shawn.

It really depends on the computer. I worked on a dell once that was very picky
and wouldn't take both kinds. Usually they can both be used at the same time.
However they will only run at 100 mhz, not 133, but you'll still have 256 total
which is good. If it doesn't work, just take the one stick out... you can't
really hurt trying it.

You're as likely to have problems mixing PC100 modules together as
mixing a PC100 with a PC133. If that PC133 has at least 8 SDRAM chips
on it, it should work fine, but otherwise don't be surprised if only
64M of it shows up.
