Mixed Font with Numbers

Can I do a mixed font with numbers, such that the cents show in a
smaller font and superscript? Can colours be mixed with numbers, e.g.
the thousands are font 18 and blue, the hundreds are normal, and the
cents are red, superscript and font 8. (just an example, not using
that in particular).

Hi
you could do this only manually by selecting the parts of the cell
content and applying a format to them. Can't be done with formulas

if you format the cell as text first, then you could F2 and select the
characters you want to give the special formatting.

But this won't work with real numbers (or formulas, like Frank mentioned).

(You can also start your value with an apostrophe: 1234.45 to treat the value
as text).
