Why is the https page below able to include image and script tags with
the src prefix "http://" without generating the mixed content popup in
IE, and without any modification of the browser security settings?
I've viewed this page with two different computers; neither raised the
popup and neither has any security setting modifications.

I'm asking this in an attempt to figure out how to include Google Maps
in an https page with no security warnings being raised in IE. The
above page is able to do this.
