misuse of recycle bin

I think I may have put my windows XP in the recycle
bin,and lost bin when attempting to retrieve windows
HELP!!! AAACKKK

Why do think that you may have put XP into the recycle bin? Why do think that you have lost XP? A few more pertinent details - error messages etc. - and someone may be able to help you.
