Misterious palette

I've just installed a secondary monitor and I found a small
palette appearing on it with three buttons:
-systraynormal
-systrayscanning
-systrayupdate

The palette's header is out on the top of the screen so I
can't do anythinbg with it.
If I quit Antispyware, it disappears.

What is it and how to get rid of it?

Actually this is a bug, its window that is not suppose to be displayed,
should be fixed by beta 2.
