Navigate to C:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs. A
folder should open up in windows explorer. Under the Programs folder you
should see your Accessories folder. If you don't see your Accessories
folder here, you need to create one and put the shortcuts back into it. You
can pretty much put what ever you want in it, but WordPad, Paint and
Calculator are 3 that should be in it although there really are no rules.
