Missing Win Picture & Fax Viewer

The Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is not installed on my
machine. I have Windows XP Pro. Can anyone tell me how I
can get this and install it?

Whenever I would click on a .jpg, the Dell Picture Studio
or something like that would open.

Anyhow, I deleted that program and now when I click on the
picture I get the Windows Picture and fax Viewer.

Should have thought of doing that before I posted.
