We use an internet program where we are required to put in a validation code.
On some of our computers the cell to input the code is missing. I have
tried to change settings to match the computer that does have the cell, but
no joy so far. Help Please.

Since we're not mind readers I suggest you contact the technical support
for "an internet program". They are in the best position to know what "a
validation code" means and which cell is "the cell".

Sorry if my explaination is unclear, Mr To Err is Human. The validation code
is the jpg with the letters that you then type into the required area (sorry
I called it a cell). The validation jpg is there but no area to actually type
the letters into. It must be a setting on the computers I am setting up
since on they are the ones that are missing the whatever it is called.

If you delete the Internet Temp and press F5 while on that programs. does it
show the input text box to validate the image?
