missing user name

Somehow, I've hidden one of the users on my system, it does not show up on
the welcome screen. However, if you disable the welcome screen, you can login
normally. The account IS there, just not viewable from the welcome screen.

If this is the usual Administrator account, this is normal. It is automatically hidden when you create an additional user account. If its not the Administrator account, download and install TweakUI for Windows XP. You'll find the section to hide/show users in the Logon section.

I thought that might be where to find the option but there is not a show/hide
option listed under any heading. I am using TweakUI ver 2.10.0.0 as I'm
running SP2. The biggest disadvantage to my current situation is I can't run
multiple user sesions.
