Missing user account

When I turned on the computer this morning my account was missing. I got it
back by restoring, but what caused that in the first place? It wasn't even
in Safe mode.
Any ideas?
 
Start by scanning for viruses. If you donot have AV installed go to security.symantic.com for free online anti-virus check
