Missing UPS tab

I'm missing the UPS tab in the power options on XP Home.
Does anyone know how to re-install this tab? or am I just
missing something?
 
If your using XP Pro go into your Control Panel then Administrative Tools/Services. Look for "Uninteruptable Power Supply" make sure its enabled and running, if not enable it and start it and then check for your UPS tab. Thats a good place to start...

You will continue to have this problem and all the other problems you are
posting until you format and reinstall xp
