Missing "Tools" option on Menu Bar

I see:
File, Edit, View, Favourite, Actions, Help

but no Tools, shown on the Menu Bar.
It was okay when the notebook was new, like a week ago.
Now suddenly, the Tools option is missing.

But when I click on New mail, I can see the Tools option
when composing new mail screen.

Please assist.
 
It could be that someone or something (could be a 3rd party app, could be a
virus... anything really) removed the Tools menu. To get it back,
right-click on any toolbar and click "Customize..." Then, go down to
Menubar in the left-hand list, and simply drag the "Tools" menu back onto
your menubar.
