Missing tools menu

Can anyone explain why the Tools menu is not visible in Outlook XP Pro?
This is only a problem in OL, and the menu is visible in the other Office
applications.
Comparing to both OL2k and OL2k3, the menu is there, but not in OL2k2 (XP)

I had earlier made a repair install of Office without any result.

Of cause I found the solution just after posting this thread...
View->Toolbars->Customize->Menubar->Reset
and the missing menu appeared.
